Happy Fathers Day

Today is Father's Day. Somehow I don't feel like celebrating anything. The pain today is mild. Only a 5 today 2 days off from work is the reason.    The ache in the foot is bad the achilles is sore as usual. Walking is bad Wait until tommorrow after work.

I've been reading the posts on the site and I see so many people in the same shape as me.  Pain chronic pain And not much help from the Medical people.  That is real problem with todays medicine!

Increase in pain is changing my life rapidly for the worst

T.G.I.F. nuff said another week dead

Toes Go In First is my second favorite T.G.I.F. third is Thank god It's Friday Ok enough nonsense. Pain level is a HIGH 8. My feet are on fire my heels feel like the creature from Aliens is about to break thru! My legs are throbbing and I have spasms. The NSAIDs aren't working, rubbing and massaging is not helping.
