cronic lower back pain

At the moment i am suffering with pain in the lower back and pelvic area, i find it difficult to walk, bend, sometimes breathing is also painful. i am having acupuncture at my doctors today, this pain has been with me for about six to eight weeks, ive been the doctors three times, the last time he suggested i go for an xray, i should know... Christmas , over at last

Christmas was miserable. When it all began

I have had a great deal of difficulty acknowledging when my pain syndrome began, due to many events leading up to it climaxed in 2006.
