Im on a high dose of oxy er but have become tolerant i need some advice

hello everyone i have been on oxycotin 120mg twice a day and 30mg of oxy ir for breakthrough. My pain is horrible i had a spinal fudion last year of the L4 and L5 they had to put 2 new discs in that area then they fused it they went threw the front to put the discs in and cut my back to fuse it. can't get any relief

I hurt my back 5 years ago at work. The pain has moved it's way down to my feet. They hurt all the time they call it neuropathy. What ever they call it sure is painful.
