Anyone else driving in their sleep? I'm screwed now...

i'm 49 male with cpk levels high and chronic pain

i have high cpk level and chronic pain

i been to the er with chest pain and they say its not my heart .. i go to my dr and he tell me  my cpk level was high . he check my blood to see what going on with me ..but i'm still in a lots of pain . i'm on lots of meds . dont know what to do ..
