Focusing on the innocent

The Committee in my Head

I am a recovering alcoholic and a person with chronic depression.  The Committee in my Head is always with me and the pain it causes is emotional and exhausting.  I have found help in a 12 step program and with medication for depression and am happy today to be able to say shut up to all my pieces.
