At a Glance

Incremental aerobic exercises are key in recovering from back pain.  Exercises such as walking, stationary biking and swimming are great backpain treatments.  You should wait at least two weeks before starting exercising.  It is important not to overexert yourself in fear of prolonging your recovery.
