they hurt

i wake up every morning with a headache which 9/10 turns into a migraine. i have tried all the triptolenes, fiorcett, depakote (made me gain 12 pounds in 6 weeks), prozac, effexor, midrin, clonopin, attivan, paxil... nothing has worked for me... Need pain medicine doc in Alabama that takes Medicaid

My pain doctor in Birmingham Alabama is moving out of state. I need a new doctor to manage my medicines (Duragesic 100 patches & Percocet for breakthrough.)
