Fibromyalgia & Back pain

I don't know how to begin a new life. I have lost so much of what defined me as a person.

In l995 I had C4/5 and C5/6 fused. Now I have nerve pain at C3/4, C5/6 and C6/7 and a lumbar disk (can't remember which one) I have spinal stenosis I am in pain most of the time. Quality of Life

I usually have a fairly positive outlook on life; I love to laugh, I even have a joke collection! But my quality of life really sucks! I don't share my pain with many people (who wants to hear that?) pain free after 20 years

I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia in 1990 when I was told the doctor I had suggested herbs and pain killers and later antidepreesants, nerve medication, flexirill for muscle spasms and over the years many more.
