I am in constant pain 24/7. I have a chronic condition and surgery will not help. My doctor has me on oxycotin but I still have break through pain. Do you carry your pills with you through out the day?

I have Chronic pain and take medications through out the day. Sometimes, I will put my afternoon pills in a little pill box and put it in my purse instead of carrying all of my bottles.
