Am I tolerant to my pain meds?

I have been on Hydrocodone for mild to severe back pain for two years, starting with 7.5/750, been on 10/325 the past yr with dose going up from 4 to 6 daily. I am finding I need to take even more on most days, meaning I run out and suffer for a few days before being able to get a refill. Is this a sign of growing tolerant? Fibro and Chronic Pain

Im currently using a Fentanyl Patch (100), Cymbalta 60 mg, & Lyrica 300 mg per day for chronic pain & fibro which I have had since 1992. I just started the Lyrica and its a Godsend. Now What!?

How Do Serotonin Inhibitors Decrease Pain?
