Major Problems w/ Med. 8627L18 Pain Mgmt

Girlfriend suggested I submit this to seek help and/or help another with my story so here it goes: I had a failed l4-l5 fusion w/ hardware, surgery never helped w/ lower back pain or sciatica in left leg. i dont know how much more i can take

Help, Please?

I was just wondering if anyone had any ideas about who I could go to for a pain specialist. My arthritis doc will refer me but I don't know where to go that won't make me do the shot's again.
