How can you get help if the doctor your going to doesn't want to help you and the staff treat you like crap. What kind of doctor doesn't send you out a statement when their owed money. nerve block

Hi I'm having a nerve block/implant and wondered if anyone would share their experiences with me about it. I just don't know what to expect but must try it-will try almost anything to ease this pain.
