What do you do with constant and I mean constant pain??

I wasn`t sure that I was going to make it to my 58th birthday, today. I`m trying to help my mother (84) take care of her house and property. My father passed away almost 2 years ago. can't get any relief

I hurt my back 5 years ago at work. The pain has moved it's way down to my feet. They hurt all the time they call it neuropathy. What ever they call it sure is painful.
