I have have been having problems with pain issues

My Doctor just put me on Moraphine and I dont know if I am supposed to get immmediate relif but I have tried taking just 1 pill and this did not do anything ton stop the pain My concern is that I am going ton run out of the medication as I will have to use 2 pills at a time 15 Mg each I do not want tpo abuse them but the only way t5hat I am... Please help me help my daughter

My daughter says she can no longer live with her chronic back pain and is not needed by anyone anymore including her 12 year old son. She is on MS Contin 30mg every six hours and oral morphine 15 mg every 6 hours for break through pain, plus up to 12 methadone 10mg daily.
