Woke up with skeletal pain today

I woke up this morning with the usual foot pain and all over body pain but also horrible skeletal pain – it felt like I could actually see my skeleton in my mind. PHARMACY NAZIS IN HAWAII

my pharmacy was out of my pain meds this month and told me i should go to safeway. i went and the pharmacist told me that since i wasn't a regular customer he couldn't fill my script, he had to save his oxycodone for his regular customers, has anyone heard of this? is it legal? i went to 5 pharmacies and each one had a reason to not fill my... living with degenerative Arthitis in neck C-5 C-6 C-7,

Is there anyone out there with similar problems,? and have had sucess with reducing the pain with out a basket of meds? Chronic neck pain has created depression, anxiety, and the combination of meds I take defeat the antidepressant. I can't function much before 12pm after the medication starts to Kick in, then I get like about 3-6h
