constant pain

Hi, I am new to this. I am desperate! I injured my back at work in Jan.06. I went through all the things that they do before surgery an ended up having a fusion surgery on L4-L5 in Oct.06. Surgeries

I have surgery scheduled for next week to install a pain pump.  I have had 3 spinal fusions and have been on major meds for 10 years.  Any advice for me?

Keeping Busy

By my keeping busy in several organzations, it helps me to keep my mind off of my pain. Thus it is not my main focus and thoughts.  Keeping busy will help.

walls are closing
