Small Fiber Sensory Neuropathy

Unlike others with chronic pain who have an actual physical cause, I have ideopathic small fiber sensory neuropathy.  There is no known cause and no known treatment.  All I can do is try to cope with the pain and rely on an assortment of meds to help me do that.
