Move Over RA: Spring Makeover Time

As I write about my hopes for a Spring Makeover, there is snow covering the ground, and the wind is howling. It is cold. I have been begging and begging my Gov agency to let me work from home in the mornings!  I did it for 2 months after massive shoulder surgery and felt better than I have in years - even after major surgery!  Why?  Because I did not have to get up, take meds, sit on the recliner, wait for them to take effect, then hurry and get ready... Read moreChevron
