Need help!! Please

This is my second metho inj with no side effects. This week has been very difficult for me... really bad!!! Nausea, just felt so horrible!! I'm so so exhaUSTED FROM ALL THIS. I had the worse flare yet this past week or two. I feel like I am still dealing with it. I started Methotrexate last Friday and am taking Prednisone. I have been in so much pain that I called work today after almost a week of staying home to let them know that I will be requesting short term disability to try and get over this and getting adjusted... Pain Patch tip.....

I'm all new to keeping patches on and have struggled with them for 3 days. I was prescribed Mylan patches. I've had 3 come off in just one weekend! UGH!
