I don't know how to begin a new life. I have lost so much of what defined me as a person.

In l995 I had C4/5 and C5/6 fused. Now I have nerve pain at C3/4, C5/6 and C6/7 and a lumbar disk (can't remember which one) I have spinal stenosis I am in pain most of the time. vitamin d and b 12

Hi All,I too have a low vitamin d level along with B12 and having these corrected have made my life better. Along with having bad a reaction to direct sunlight I have learned that 20 min in the am before the sun is out in full has helped with my vit d levels.Once again I have decided I should be called 2 cents lisa because I always have... Can anyone find me a Doctor Please

I just got back from the er again and this time I was so infected. I went to a neuro. friday and come to fine out he will be leaving in Jan. How much worse can it get. his name is John anderson and had no recommendations because he said he was leaving etc etc. He said he only does surgerys and no pain management and could not help.
