My life was full and now I'm very alone. tv is my new best friend

I don't know how to begin a new life. I have lost so much of what defined me as a person.

In l995 I had C4/5 and C5/6 fused. Now I have nerve pain at C3/4, C5/6 and C6/7 and a lumbar disk (can't remember which one) I have spinal stenosis I am in pain most of the time. vitamin d and b 12

Hi All,I too have a low vitamin d level along with B12 and having these corrected have made my life better. I just got back from the er again and this time I was so infected. I went to a neuro. friday and come to fine out he will be leaving in Jan.
