Meds Are Finealy Doing Their Job

Hello to everyone in the forum,i have'nt been on this site very much in the last month because Thanksgiveing has come and gone. I can't function much before 12pm after the medication starts to Kick in, then I get like about 3-6h

A Healthy Focus

Focus It's harder than we think.  We are so easily distracted and med-induced as well as pain-induced brain fog doesn't help much either.  So how do we stay focused?  How do we NOT focus on the pain and instead focus on life?  Thoughts?
