Meds Are Finealy Doing Their Job

Hello to everyone in the forum,i have'nt been on this site very much in the last month because Thanksgiveing has come and gone. My meds have been doing their job because my pain level has been low,the worst time of the day for me is from noon to about 7:00pm so thats when i take my strongest dose and it's working. I can't function much before 12pm after the medication starts to Kick in, then I get like about 3-6h

I am living with Chronic Back PAIN, and I am at a wits end. Went to Hospital, they sent me home with a box of new pills, and now I am in more pain than before, on the old pills. A Healthy Focus

Focus It's harder than we think. We are so easily distracted and med-induced as well as pain-induced brain fog doesn't help much either. So how do we stay focused? How do we NOT focus on the pain and instead focus on life? Thoughts?
