i dont know how much more i can take

vitamin d and b 12
Hi All,I too have a low vitamin d level along with B12 and having these corrected have made my life better. Along with having bad a reaction to direct sunlight I have learned that 20 min in the am before the sun is out in full has helped with my vit d levels.Once again I have decided I should be called 2 cents lisa because I always have...
