Please, any suggestions?

I've been all around this site, but I don't think I've been in the right place at the right time or something. I am struggling to find something to ask my doctor to give me for pain management. Scared soon to be homeless fibro spinal stenosis

I don't even know what to  say. Soon to be homeless. no money alimony just ended. No family who cares, selfish they are. No friends close by. Pain is so bad i want to cut it off. arthritis in face and jaw, spinal stenosis no more insurance no one to help us pack. No place to go no place for help. Surgeries

I have surgery scheduled for next week to install a pain pump.  I have had 3 spinal fusions and have been on major meds for 10 years.  Any advice for me?
