living with degenerative Arthitis in neck C-5 C-6 C-7,

Is there anyone out there with similar problems,? and have had sucess with reducing the pain with out a basket of meds? Chronic neck pain has created depression, anxiety, and the combination of meds I take defeat the antidepressant. how do i explain F.M. to friends?

Long term chonric back pain and now have fibermyalgia and bipolar

Fibermyalgia recently diagnoised and have been living with chronic multiple conditions for years
