Fibromyalgia is a chronic pain illness that causes widespread pain throughout the body, fatigue, and sleep issues.  The condition can also cause dizziness, irritable bladder, migraines, numbness and tingling. While not much is known about fibromyalgia, experts now believe it to be a central nervous system disorder.
