Fibromyalgia does not have an absolute cure, but medications serve to at least alleviate the symptoms. Injectable medications are one of the many types of treatments available for those living with Fibromyalgia. New injectables are still being studied, but as of now they typically serve as muscle relaxants to relieve intense muscle spasms.
