Either physical or emotional trauma trigger fibromyalgia, which is occasionally genetically influenced. Symptoms are: decreased blood to brain areas, heightened substance P, low nerve growth, low somatomedin C hormones, low levels of over four neurochemicals, and low levels of at least two muscle-cell chemicals.
