Meditation

At a Glance

Meditation is a helpful complementary treatment for fibromyalgia and chronic pain. It improves breathing and promotes calmness. Yoga that includes meditation and stretching soothes symptoms of fibromyalgia. Tai Chi, a traditional Chinese which combines meditation, breathing exercises and slow movement, relieves fibromyalgia symptoms like muscle pain, depression, and sleeplessness.
