Prevention

At a Glance

No one wants to be in pain and therefore it is important to work on preventing chronic pain from starting, or at leat continuing.  Prevention typically entails taking care of your body. This means using proper posture, caring for sore feet, keeping warm and understanding the pain cycle and what triggers your pain.
