When a patient is experiencing chronic pain, a simple diagnosis and treatment pattern is not always in line. It could take months or years for a person to find what works for them in relieving chronic pain. In some cases, it may take an alternative approach to treatment, including vitamins, supplements, meditation, acupuncture, yoga or hypnosis.
