At a Glance

A chronic pain sufferer may not consider exercise as a priority to treating his or her condition.  With intense pain, exercise does not seem like a logical step towards improvement, but studies indicate otherwise.  Exercise can assist in lessening the physical and emotional impact of chronic pain.
