At a Glance

Yoga and Tai Chi have been identified as meditative forms of treatment for chronic pain patients.  Alternative therapy, including meditation, can fill in the gaps where medication may not be able to.  Studies have shown that exercising the mind-body connection through meditation has been effective in patients with fibromyalgia, as well as other chronic pain conditions.
