Hi I'm ravensong I've had fibromyalgia since I was 17 I'm 46 now . I also have a severe weak heart which none of the doctors seem to know the reason . cardiac rehab

Hello..this is my fourth week of cardio rehab and the first week that I felt less pain. Hopefully this will help my 30% effraction rate.. Pained somewhat during and now this evening. Still I am grateful that it has been the least painful so far. Two more weeks to go. Namaste Lotus Lady

My pain is pretty well managed. I have CFS, but, I can't sleep .. :/
