Hello everyone out there living with chronic pain. I have been living with chronic pain since 2003 when I was involved in an mva. im a 33 yr female with 2 young chldren 9-6mnts

i have had back pain since my first child said he was lying on anerve.it was only gradual at start but last 4 yrs have been bad.the last 2 yrs have been chronic and since i had my baby it has escalated.the last 8 weeks have been hell always had low back pain with pain down right legin the last 3 weeks it has gone to the left side also and down... suffer with back pain for 11years

back pain can become a problem and a strain to our lifes if we are not prepard.Chronic pain took over everything i enjoy, loved and cared about .The pain never once told me when it was leaveing. you see chronic pain rented out my legs, shoulder and lower back.

what other pain meds may work for back pain

what other pain meds may work for back pain i now take 12 10mg.tabs a day of methadome and 12 10/325 of lortabs is what my doctor has me on is there anything better?
