A Little Joy
Okay, how can you not smile when you see this face??? This is my grandson and he helps remind us of what's important in life. This is the first year he could get up the courage to sit on Santa's knee. He didn't smile, but he didn't cry, either. He makes all the work and stress worthwhile. Happy Holidays!

Depression and my 6 month goal

Is it worth it?
I'm currently having a flare due to stress. Aches and fatigue. Yet here I am at work because I have to be ... why? Well aside from the obvious things like paying rent and groceries? I work to have health insurance. Without insurance I can't afford the treatments I need to function. It's a pretty simple concept. So why did I get so stressed out?... Read more
