Giving up Chocolate...For good.

I have Interstital Cystitis, so chocolate is really bad for me and has even worse side effects. I am in need of understanding from my doctor about my medications

I am currently on Vicodin 7.5/325 evry 12 hr. I have been on this for about 10 months after trying all the other non narcotic meds my doc wanted me to try. He will not listen when I tell him my body has built up a tolerance to the meds. He will not even call me back himself, he has his nurse call me, and then he wants me to come in to talk to him...
