FDA recently published a warning about transdermal skin patches and MRI scans

The FDA has issued a warning that an MRI may interact with metal particles in certain transdermal skin patches resulting in burns.  The list of affected patches includes Fentanyl which many chronic pain sufferers use.  The link is:   http://www.fda.gov/drugs/drugsafety/publichealthadvisories/ucm111313.htm

My husband says I am weak minded, I shouldn't give into the Pain

I feel totally betrayed by my husband. He gets so angry with me when I come home from doing chores and the "first thing you do is put pajamas on and lay down." do not have back fusion surgery until you have exhusted every single option you have.
