A Healthy Focus

Focus It's harder than we think.  We are so easily distracted and med-induced as well as pain-induced brain fog doesn't help much either.  So how do we stay focused?  How do we NOT focus on the pain and instead focus on life?  Thoughts?

What do you do with constant and I mean constant pain??

I wasn`t sure that I was going to make it to my 58th birthday, today. I`m trying to help my mother (84) take care of her house and property. My father passed away almost 2 years ago. I am suffering from fibromyalgia and sever athritis, runs in the family. Some days I hurt so bad I can`t move, at all... But I`ve lost 90 lbs.. I`m the same wieght... Read moreChevron

I would like to know if anyone has went though what I am going through...???...???.?

methadone and withdrawl

I have been on methadone for over 6 years now and it is not working like it did when I first took it. What is my next step in the process of killing the pain?
