New still needing answers

Was wondering if anyone has fibromyalgia in Michigan? How does anyone continue to work or what do you do if you can't continue in your current job? These posts are so spread out I'm probably asking questions others have asked. I have problems sleeping, numbness and tingling in my hands and also this chronic pain.
