55 yrs. old in chronic pain. I have had 3 back surgeries along with a host of epidurals in my back. Problems include herinations, stinosis, degenerative discs (all in back) and herniated discs in neck.

Need some emotional support and suggestions. I take a ton of medications, have trouble sleeping, need to keep working and feeling a bit depressed/anxious about it.

Most of the time I'm able to keep a handle on my depression. I have chronic pain due to the scar tissue encased around the nerve roots in my lower back.
