Body Locks Up On Standing

After sitting awhile, when I stand up, my body locks up and I can't move for up to twenty seconds. I just have to stand there as people watch and wonder. There is no pain.   Does anyone have an idea as to what causes this?

Update part 2

Ok so the last time I posted I Was about a year out of surgery and not doing well. I had fibromyalgia which I still have lol. And I ha degenerative discs in my thoracic spine which I still have.
