J.Brady looking for answers.

I have been living(sort of) with what "they" refer to as chronic pain.  I've been told I have fibromyalgia, spondylosis, an autoimmune disorder(nonspecified) and that I am mentally ill (clinical depression, bi-polor, add, G.A.D. and chronic pain.)  My life has changed so much.  I just got back the results of an MRI that is looking... Read moreChevron

Ways of getting my mind off the pain

I have artheristis in my back, in my ankles and feet. I also have a fractured disc that pokes into my nerve root. I get sharp pains in... Read moreChevron

help with fibromyalgia pain

I have 2 kids that have fibro., and 1 of them went vegetarian. It has totally helped them and the pain she was in is almost completely gone. Yes, she has her bad days, but you would not believe the difference that not eating meat has made in her life. It took about 2 -3 weeks to totally see a difference, but it was worth it.
