Q: I was taking Lyrica for Fibro pain but iy became too expensive it is no generic need help asap

If Lyrica was working well for you, you might ask your doctor about gabapentin.  It's the generic for Neuronitn and is in the same drug classification as Lyrica.  Studies have shown positive results using gabapentin for fibromyalgia.

Many drug companies now have programs that will provide your medication at no cost to you. You have to fill out a form & get your doctor to sign it stating that you cannot afford your medication & insurance won't pay for it. They then send your medication directly to your doctors office. Try the Lyrica website, they may have info there. I had a link on my other computor & will see if I can find it & post it.
