I was suicidal before i got my TENS machine. Any other non-opiate suggestions? I'v a ConservativeDr

My Doctor (D.O., G.P.) is very conservate and wants to keep me on the same pain med dosage that i have been on since 2002.   He knows that the pain is so bad that i am suicidal, but he said that there is nothing he can do for me and that i am too far gone and need surgury (2 crushed…
