I am opiat tolerant and been on Neurotin and Duragesic 100mc/hr. for 10 years. I felled a drug test for cannabis once in feburary and haved had my medications reduced to nothing. I need a new pain management clinic to help me because I can't live with this much pain again.I have a failed c-3 thru c-7 Laminectomy and extensive stenosis. Pain in neck,upperback and down both arms to elbows,lower back radiating into left hip. I have a miolateral ligament repair from an accident in 1976 that is so painful I need a cane to walk and will probaible need a replacemenmt

Hi,  I have all that you named above, plus 2 knee replacements, chronic DVT (blood clots), and severe migraines.  I also had surgery on my neck and bone was taken from my hip to fix my C-3 and C-7 discs, and an "E" metal devise to hold discs in place.  That was done in 1995.  I ended up retiring in 1998, cause I could not sit at the computer anymore.  I take "Kadian 80 mg" twice a day, oxycodone 30 mg, 4 times for breakthrough.  My recent knee replacement was on 9/30/08.   I am also opiod tollerent, from being on pain med.'s for years.  I totally understand how you feel.  I hope you get some help.  nwichet
