Can any one help about pain pump????

is there anyone out here that has had or is thinking about getting a pain pump? Iam very concered to learn as much as possiable as I have a appointment soon with the doctor.I have heard some good and bad but the pain I live with is non stop and gets in the way of everyday life being in bed 247 crying is not a life to me can anyone help me thank you!
