I have the same symptoms, but the pain involves the tops of my feet as well. Recently I've started feeling the pain in my thigh bones as well. Since it it both feet & both shins, I have to rule out any injury. Since my feet aren't cold, I can rule out circulatory problems. Since it is worse when I am not on my feet, I can rule out pressure. I don't have diabetes or high blood pressure. I've combed the web looking for similar symptoms and/or diagnosis. Please let me know if you find anything.
