i have bad pain in my right heel, it is right on the bottom, it is a burning & stabbing pain

it is only in my right foot, but it is so painful, at first i thought that it was a stone bruise, but the bottom of my heel is hot and painful to just touch, and when you touch it it tingles like it is numb, but it is not numb because it hurts so bad
