Q: syringomyelia or pinched nerve(s)?

i have had 2 neurosurgeons tell me I don't have syringomyelia, my MRIs reveal what they are calling hydromyelia, but all of my symptoms match perfectly, can a pinched nerve cause bilateral arm pain and numbness issues? cervical osteophytes, cervical spinal stenosis, diagnosed with arthritis at 28, I am now 40.
