First of all, you do not want to eat food that can trigger an immune system response. People can have various food allergies and food sensitivities. You may have one and not be aware of it. Thus, try eliminating these food groups at separate times for a three month duration.
1) Glutens: This grain protein is found in many wheat products
2) Lactose: This dairy sugar is found in everything from cheese to yogurt
3) Nightshade Plants: These plants contain small amounts of a toxin that some people are sensitive too.
After a three month elimination, if you feel better, then you are sensitive to that food category. If you feel no different, then you are not.
Additionally, an anti-inflammatory diet and low glycemic load diet would help your body control inflammation. Great question because food can help you feel better.
